How can I buy?
Contact us to confirm and refine your order: measurements, colors, customization options, etc.
Payments are made through bank transactions or deposits.
Are all your products available in your inventory?
No, most of the products are customized and made to the desired size. These will be manufactured from a purchase.
How do I have to take my measurements?
We’ll support you to take your measurements through tutorials, videos and/or conversations via Skype or WhatsApp.
When will I receive my product(s)?
We’ll evaluate the delivery time when your order is placed, it will take a maximum of 45 days.
Do the prices change depending on the area of dispatch?
Yes, the price varies according to the destination of the order. At the moment the order is placed you will be quoted with the shipment.
I received my product but I want to change it, is it possible?
Personalized products or/and custom-made products cannot be changed.
If the product does not correspond to your order we are committed to assume our responsibility, and/or analyze together the detected defect to consider the change. If the error is not the responsibility of "Bravante", we will not make any changes.
